in the midst of a greater existence,
which continues beyond our time.

We

We are together in this human existence and
we share the very same fate. We were born, now we live, one day we will die.
If we could feel this more deeply in our body…
Perhaps we would see others on a deeper level as well and feel more connected.
Perhaps we would feel more free and live like we have nothing to prove.

Are

We came to life as a body, a mind and a soul. What we were before this life and what we will be afterwards remains a mystery.
But right now, we get to explore, create our own understanding, gratitude, value, meaning and purpose… And we have to do it while knowing that nothing is forever, which is scary and it hurts. The light as well as the dark can be experienced with our senses, our thoughts, our being and our becoming…

Here

Existence is a strange concept but I am grateful for this universe, this planet, our home, which will all still be here long after I am gone. Personally, it also really scares me to realize that I don’t know where I am, what I am and that this human me is on it’s way to death. Every hello is also a goodbye.
